Baseball Radio: Josh Donaldson v. Tim Anderson, Max Scherzer, Jonny Gomes, Albert Pujols

The biggest story in baseball — maybe in all of sports — this weekend was the on-field uproar caused by the New York Yankees’ Josh Donaldson calling Chicago White Sox star Tim Anderson “Jackie.” Anderson interpreted the reference to Jackie Robinson as a racist remark, while Donaldson insisted it was an inside joke between the two.

On WISE Sports Radio, we discuss the fallout of that incident and whether Donaldson faces punishment from Major League Baseball. Our other topics include Max Scherzer’s injury and how it affects the New York Mets, “Red Sox legend” Jonny Gomes, and Albert Pujols’s chances at reaching 700 home runs.
